What a great Monday! I know that's an oxymoron for some...but we had a fun morning giving stuff away! The Canadian Tire on Coventry Road was the place to be - Angie put the call out and at 7am viewers were there filling out the ballots for an opportunity to win over $3000 in prizes! Congrats to all the winners.
If you're plum out of gift ideas - how about giving "Gifts That Matter" - fighting global poverty with CHF. A pair of goats for only $50 can change lives by providing milk, manure for the garden, and livestock to raise for meat to sell at the market. These are things we take for granted. I know there's always a need at home, the difference lies in that our country has social services and infrastructure in place to help those who need it the most. These countries have nothing.
