Casey’s Famous Back Ribs

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs Back Ribs
  2. 1 oz paprika
  3. .5 oz ground black pepper
  4. .5 oz chopped fresh garlic
  5. .5 oz dijon mustard
  6. .5 oz ancho paste
  7. .5 oz sea salt
  8. .5 oz brown sugar
  9. .5 oz fresh chopped thyme
  10. 1 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  11. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  12. 1/2 oz olive oil
  13. 4 oz water
     

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together for marinade
  2. Rub marinade over ribs and cover with foil.  Place in fridge for 24 hours.
  3. Bake in 325° oven for 90 minutes.  Remove tin foil.
  4. Grill ribs on BBQ (basting with Casey’s Double Shot BBQ sauce or your favourite BBQ Sauce) for 6-9 minutes or until marrow starts to bubble.
