Casey’s Famous Back Ribs
from Casey's Bar Grill

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Back Ribs
- 1 oz paprika
- .5 oz ground black pepper
- .5 oz chopped fresh garlic
- .5 oz dijon mustard
- .5 oz ancho paste
- .5 oz sea salt
- .5 oz brown sugar
- .5 oz fresh chopped thyme
- 1 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 oz olive oil
- 4 oz water
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together for marinade
- Rub marinade over ribs and cover with foil. Place in fridge for 24 hours.
- Bake in 325° oven for 90 minutes. Remove tin foil.
- Grill ribs on BBQ (basting with Casey’s Double Shot BBQ sauce or your favourite BBQ Sauce) for 6-9 minutes or until marrow starts to bubble.
