Newport Chicken Kebab

Ingredients
- 6 Chicken breasts
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 11/2 tsp. of salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ¼ Cup lemon juice
- ¼ Cup oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- ½ Cup Yogurt
- ½ tsp. oregano
Preparation
- Wash chicken and pat dry, Cut into cubes
- Peel garlic and put the rest of the marinade in a blender
- Pour over chicken and keep refrigerated overnight.
- Put chicken on skewers
- Brush barbeque grill with oil
- Barbeque for 12-15 minutes
- Serve with grilled vegetables and rice
