Fattouch salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 2 Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 Bunch of parsley finely chopped
- 6 green onions chopped
- 4-6 Lebanese cucumbers cubed
- 2-3 large tomatoes cut in small cubes
- 1 bunch chopped fresh mint
Dressing:
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1tbsp. sumac
- 1tbsp. Zaatar thyme
- 2 lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pita bread toasted in oven and cut in small pieces
Preparation
- Place all chopped ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix all ingredients for dressing well.
- Add to vegetables and mix well, add toasted pita. Sprinkle with sumac and thyme.
- Serve immediately.
