Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup diced, cooked, and seasoned hashbrowns
- 1 handfull of grated cheddar/mozzarella cheese
- Pizza Toppings...anything you like from the kitchen.....
- tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, broccoli, peppers, chicken, bacon, sausage, etc...
Preparation
- Start with the frying pan on med to high heat.
- Put a tbsp. of oil in the pan to prevent from sticking.
- Use the ready-cooked hash browns and form a thin layer on the bottom of the frying pan.
- Take your eggs and scramble them.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and any other seasoning or ingredient you normally eat in your scrambled eggs.
- Scramble the eggs with a fork and pour over top the hashbrowns.
- Allow to cook untill most of the egg is cooked through, and turn the stove top onto low to prevent from burning.
- Now you are ready to top your pizza with the toppings you have collected.
- The cheese can go on first, or it can go on last, whatever your personal preference is.
- Finish off by sliding the completed pizza onto a baking sheet, and bake it in the oven on broil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until perfect.
