Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  1. 2 eggs
  2. salt and pepper to taste
  3. 1 cup diced, cooked, and seasoned hashbrowns
  4. 1 handfull of grated cheddar/mozzarella cheese
  5. Pizza Toppings...anything you like from the kitchen.....
  6. tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, broccoli, peppers, chicken, bacon, sausage, etc...

Preparation

  1. Start with the frying pan on med to high heat. 
  2. Put a tbsp. of oil in the pan to prevent from sticking. 
  3. Use the ready-cooked hash browns and form a thin layer on the bottom of the frying pan. 
  4. Take your eggs and scramble them. 
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste, and any other seasoning or ingredient you normally eat in your scrambled eggs. 
  6. Scramble the eggs with a fork and pour over top the hashbrowns. 
  7. Allow to cook untill most of the egg is cooked through, and turn the stove top onto low to prevent from burning. 
  8. Now you are ready to top your pizza with the toppings you have collected. 
  9. The cheese can go on first, or it can go on last, whatever your personal preference is. 
  10. Finish off by sliding the completed pizza onto a baking sheet, and bake it in the oven on broil for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until perfect.
