Sweet Water Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 pre-packaged Jean Albert's Sweet Water Corn Bread Mix
- 1 egg
- Milk
Preparation
- Pre-heat the frying pan to med. heat.
- Use a bowl, and add your egg.
- then add the bag of mix.
- Slowly start adding milk to the mixture while stirring. Be sure that the mixture remains thick (almost like a cookie dough).
- Mix thoroughly untill all ingredients are blended properly and the batter is extremely thick (not runny).
- Using a tablespoon, spoon drops of the mixture onto the oiled surface of the pan.
- Reduce heat to Med. Low. and flip it like it were a pancake.
- Golden brown/yellow is done.
