Sweet Water Cornbread

Ingredients

  1. 1 pre-packaged Jean Albert's Sweet Water Corn Bread Mix
  2. 1 egg
  3. Milk

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the frying pan to med. heat. 
  2. Use a bowl, and add your egg. 
  3. then add the bag of mix. 
  4. Slowly start adding milk to the mixture while stirring. Be sure that the mixture remains thick (almost like a cookie dough). 
  5. Mix thoroughly untill all ingredients are blended properly and the batter is extremely thick (not runny). 
  6. Using a tablespoon, spoon drops of the mixture onto the oiled surface of the pan. 
  7. Reduce heat to Med. Low. and flip it like it were a pancake. 
  8. Golden brown/yellow is done.
