Sunflower Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup shelled roasted salted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup roasted salted pepitas (green pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 cup roasted salted soy nuts
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sunflower butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
- Spray a 13" x 9" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, stir together the cereal, oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, pepitas and soy nuts.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup and sunflower butter.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from heat; stir in the vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to combine.
- Press into pan; cool completely, then cut into bars.
