Corn-Flake Crumb Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 4 – 6oz. chicken breasts   
  2. ½ cup corn flake crumbs
  3. 2 cloves of garlic, minced  
  4. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  5. ½ tbsp. paprika (smoked is better)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375Ëš. 
  2. Cover a cookie sheet with tinfoil.
  3. Wash chicken and pat dry.
  4. Place crumbs in a separate bowl, mix in another bowl the garlic, olive oil and paprika.
  5. Dip the chicken into the paprika mixture, making sure to coat all sides, then dip into the crumbs, coating all sides well. 
  6. Place on cookie sheet and repeat with remaining chicken.
  7. Bake in oven for approximately 40 – 45 minutes or until done and juices run clear.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
