Corn-Flake Crumb Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 – 6oz. chicken breasts
- ½ cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ tbsp. paprika (smoked is better)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375Ëš.
- Cover a cookie sheet with tinfoil.
- Wash chicken and pat dry.
- Place crumbs in a separate bowl, mix in another bowl the garlic, olive oil and paprika.
- Dip the chicken into the paprika mixture, making sure to coat all sides, then dip into the crumbs, coating all sides well.
- Place on cookie sheet and repeat with remaining chicken.
- Bake in oven for approximately 40 – 45 minutes or until done and juices run clear.
- Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
