Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. Bottle of sparkling white wine
  3. Cassis
  4. Guava juice (Rubicon brand)
  5. Cranberry juice (optional)
  6. Fresh cranberries
  7. Fresh mint

Preparation

  1. 2/3 of a bottle of sparkling wine
  2. Add 1 oz of Cassis to carafe while pouring sparkling wine
  3. Finish with Guava and Cranberry juices
  4. Add fresh mint
  5. And lots of ice to your wine glasses
