Lobster and Asparagus Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz. whole wheat penne, cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch asparagus
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 lobsters, meat removed from shells
Preparation
Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Saute asparagus in olive oil until tender but still crisp and bright green; season with salt & pepper
- Toss pasta with asparagus, lemon juice and lobster meat
