Lobster and Asparagus Pasta

Ingredients

  1. 12 oz. whole wheat penne, cooked
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1 bunch asparagus
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. 4 lobsters, meat removed from shells

Preparation

Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 
  2. Saute asparagus in olive oil until tender but still crisp and bright green; season with salt & pepper
  3. Toss pasta with asparagus, lemon juice and lobster meat
