Lobster Rolls
- 2 lobsters, meat removed from shells and chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped finely
- 1 stalk celery, chopped finely
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 4 top-split hot dog buns
Preparation
- Combine lobster, onion, celery and mayonnaise
- Serve in buns
