Bloody Mary-style Tomato Shooters

Ingredients

  1. 1 C V-8 juice
  2. 1 red pepper (cut in med dice)
  3. 1 yellow pepper (cut into med dice)
  4. 2 large ripe tomatoes (quartered and cores removed)
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  7. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  8. 2 tsp tobasco sauce
  9. Pinch of slat
  10. Pinch of fresh ground pepper
  11. Pinch of celery salt
  12. 2 tbsp olive oil
  13. 1 heaping cup of crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Freeze tomatoes and peppers. 
  2. In a tall container blend all ingredients with a KitchenAid immersion blender until smooth. 
  3. Serve in celery salt rimmed shooter glasses. Enjoy!!!
