Bloody Mary-style Tomato Shooters

Ingredients
- 1 C V-8 juice
- 1 red pepper (cut in med dice)
- 1 yellow pepper (cut into med dice)
- 2 large ripe tomatoes (quartered and cores removed)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp tobasco sauce
- Pinch of slat
- Pinch of fresh ground pepper
- Pinch of celery salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 heaping cup of crushed ice
Preparation
- Freeze tomatoes and peppers.
- In a tall container blend all ingredients with a KitchenAid immersion blender until smooth.
- Serve in celery salt rimmed shooter glasses. Enjoy!!!
