Iced Chai & White Chocolate Latte

Ingredients

  1. 8 oz white chocolate (cut into small pieces)
  2. 8 oz half and half cream
  3. 2 C crushed ice
  4. 2 Chai tea teabags (or 2 heaping tsp of loose Chai tea)
  5. 2 drops of vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
  6. ½ Cup plain yogurt

Preparation

  1. Using a small saucepan over a stovetop, heat the cream with the tea and steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Add chocolate to cream mixture and stir until melted.
  3. Strain mixture if using loose tea.
  4. Cool mixture in refrigerator. 
  5. Combine all ingredients in a KitchenAid blender and blend until smooth. 
  6. Pour over more ice in a tall glass, enjoy!!!
