Iced Chai & White Chocolate Latte

Ingredients
- 8 oz white chocolate (cut into small pieces)
- 8 oz half and half cream
- 2 C crushed ice
- 2 Chai tea teabags (or 2 heaping tsp of loose Chai tea)
- 2 drops of vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
- ½ Cup plain yogurt
Preparation
- Using a small saucepan over a stovetop, heat the cream with the tea and steep for 10 minutes.
- Add chocolate to cream mixture and stir until melted.
- Strain mixture if using loose tea.
- Cool mixture in refrigerator.
- Combine all ingredients in a KitchenAid blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour over more ice in a tall glass, enjoy!!!
